Can I reserve an Item?
Yes, but items requested to be reserved will be held for up to 1 week unless another agreement has been established.
Do you accept customer orders?
Yes, A custom item slot will be created when you contact Tails&Snouts with your request. A full payment will be expected when the item is ordered. Once completed, pictures will be sent for buyers approval via email. Once approved your item(s) will be shipped out via first class or priority shipping.
Are the colors in your photographs accurate?
I try my best to capture each colorways as accurately as possible. Please note that color representation may vary from monitor to monitor.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account, though all purchase are processed by Paypal. Also if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

I forgot to use my discount code when I placed my order, how do I get a refund?
Discount codes are valid only at the point of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
What is your exchange / return policy?
If dissatisfied with the product please contact us here or at firstname.lastname@example.org. I want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as can be. If the item is to be returned please contact the shop within 7 days of shipment arrival and ship back within 14 days of arrival. The buyer will be held responsible for shipping/paying (delivery confirmation included) of the item(s) back to Tails&Snouts. Once the item has been received in original condition the buyer will be refunded the total cost of the purchase minus the shipping.
Custom orders or private requests are not returnable unless items are falsely represented.
Oh no! I gave you the wrong address, what do I do?
Let us know ASAP so that we can correct the address before shipping. If the order has already shipped out and returns to Tails&Snouts the buyer is expected to pay for reshippment.

How long will delivery of my order take?
Unless specifically noted in the listing, orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
